Emmanuel is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Howard University in Washington DC, and Master Business Administration with specialty in Business Economics and Finance from University of the District of Columbia. Prior to starting his own firm, he worked with a national CPA firm performing audits on a management consulting services both at the federal, state and local government entities including non profits and commercially owned businesses. he also served as the Controller for a large construction firm and as a CFO and COO for a large multi-state non-profit organization firm.
